We collect as little as we can get away with. Here’s what we do collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
When you submit a pitch through the form on this site, we collect: your name, email, company name, stage, and the pitch text you write. That’s it. We don’t use cookies for tracking, and we don’t share your information with third-party advertisers.
Pitch information is used solely so the partners can read it, reply to it, and follow up if there’s a fit. If we pass, we keep a brief note so we don’t pester you with the same questions next quarter.
If we invest, indefinitely, as part of our portfolio records. If we pass, we keep a short note for up to three years and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information we hold about you. Email privacy@ufo.capital and we’ll respond within seven days. If you’re in the EU or UK, this applies under GDPR; if you’re in California, under CCPA. We honor the same rights for everyone regardless.
We run a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that records aggregate page views and referrers. It does not identify individual visitors and does not set persistent identifiers.
